Jennifer Dunn, ChFC®, CPCU®, Sales Leader, State Farm Insurance Cos. and previous owner of the Dunn Insurance & Financial Services Inc. - State Farm Insurance. Jen has been serving clients in the insurance and financial services industry since 1987.
Jen is a true believer in developing others and is committed to improving the lives of those around her. As an active member of the communities she serves, Jen is the Immediate Past Chair on the Board for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Past-President of the Lagrange Sunrise Rotary, Co-Chair for the Marist Hudson Valley Scholars Committee and serves as a Victim Impact Speaker for the Council on Addiction Prevention and Education. Jen not only serves in leadership capacity, she is actively engaged in the events of the organizations she serves.
She has earned her B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh(1992), her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter® (CPCU®) designation in 2001 and her Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation in 2013.
As a leader, Jen has earned the reputation of being knowledgeable and fair. Her experience working in small rural offices to large urban corporate environments has assisted her in achieving a strategic vision and adaptability. Jen brings these experiences to the Hudson Valley and values her interaction with the community.
Jen has been honored to achieve the rank of Chairman’s Circle during her Agency Career with State Farm Insurance Companies and has been recognized in her community as a Hudson Valley “40 Under 40” in 2010 and the Athena Honoree for 2011. Jen resides in LaGrangeville, NY with her husband Brian and children, Nicholas and Julia.
