Kaylee Ranck, MEd, is the Research Director of the American College Center for Women in Financial Services. She brings years of experience working in research design, program evaluation and assessment, collegiate teaching, and leading graduate student program recruitment and retention efforts. She is passionate about contributing to intellectual scholarship with the goal of sharing a better understanding of women working in the financial services industry. Kaylee is in the process of completing her Ph.D. at the University of Georgia.
